Speeding driver avoids a ban

Hi Stephen
I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate you on a sterling performance in court yesterday, I was facing a ban for failure to stop and doing 33 mph over the speed limit and you managed to get me off with 6 points and a £420 fine. Avoiding Totting Disqualification

Mr Thomas provided us with a first class and very professional service, on the lead up to the case and on the day of our case. My Partner was facing a possible 6 month disqualification and a fine in excess of £600.00. " I report that yesterday Stephen Thomas appeared in the Bournemouth Magistrates Court on behalf of an errant Cousin of mine who after some 40 years of fault free driving accumulated 5 speeding offences in about 2 years whilst coping with a 90+ year old ill Mother who lived some 5 miles away and who she visited at least once a day and a husband (sometimes violent) suffering from serious Dementia - both of whom have now died.
