Appeal of WP Commercials

Stephen Thomas representing the appellant successfully argued that the Traffic Commissioner was wrong to limit the hours of the Operator Licence to a period less than that approved by planning permission. The Tribunal also commented that when evidence was received it was important that all parties be notified of it to avoid the perception of an unfair hearing.
