I’m delighted to announce that for the ninth year running Stephen Thomas Law has met the high standards set by the Law Society to achieve Lexcel accreditation, the Legal Practice Quality Mark. This gives assurance that Stephen Thomas Law meets high client care and practice management standards.
To gain and retain Lexcel status, each practice has to undergo a rigorous annual assessment process by an experienced independent assessor. The process looks at Structures and Strategy, Financial Management, Information Management, People Management, Risk Management, Client Care and File and Case Management.
While we’re proud to have secured the Lexcel accreditation, the real beneficiaries are our clients.
